Using our simple dial-up prompt recording service, you can make voice recordings over the phone that will be stored immediately on our servers, enabling our engineers to retrieve them for later use. This means that any changes you wish to make to your service are never more than a quick phone call away.

For customers operating the following services; Announcement, Horoscope, Information, Play back and Tipster, a unique prompt recording number is included in the cost of setting up this service. This number is configured to your service, allowing you to make new recordings and implement immediate changes at the touch of a button.

For all other customers, please dial our central customer prompt recording number and follow the simple instructions to make a recording, remembering to keep a note of the unique reference number than will be given out once you have saved your recording.
