How the service works

When you take one of our 0844 numbers, you let us know where you wish your calls to go. How do I order a number?

Our 0844 numbers have a one-off connection fee, payable in advance to cover the cost of service set up. The renewal fee is paid annually, with the first renewal payment due one year from the date the number is first provisioned.

All our numbers are sorted and rated into four categories according to how memorable they are. Please note that certain enhanced services are available free of charge when you secure a Gold or Platinum number.
