Drop charge numbers are a great way of selling services over the telephone, without the hassle of having to collect money from your customers. You can set the amount to charge the caller from 5 pence per call, up to a maximum of £1.50 per call. Your charge to the caller is collected via their telephone bill and passed over to us, no matter what company your customer uses to make the call. We in turn pass a large share of this money raised to you in the form of call revenue share each month.

What services can I have?

How do I order a number?

Our drop charge numbers have a one-off connection fee, payable in advance to cover the cost of service set up. The renewal fee is paid annually, with the first renewal payment due one year from the date the number is first provisioned.

Regulatory Requirements

The premium rate industry is governed by Phonepayplus, the body responsible for regulating premium rate services within the UK.
