IV Response is a privately owned company and in late 2011 we celebrated our ten year anniversary of being established and reflected at how the telecoms industry has changed since we went on to complete our first interconnect with BT back in early 2002, and then commissioned our very first switch to become fully operational.

Since that time we have concentrated on consistently building and maintaining a solid backbone infrastructure, from which to support our own Call2Call brand together with the bespoke services we continue to provide to our business customers, both here in the UK and worldwide.


We operate a suite of high capacity Multi-Service Platforms (hosting applications) that are interconnected via traditional TDM (Traditional Fibre) and dedicated IP (Internet Protocol) bandwidth. Our equipment is hosted in a secure London hosting centre and is monitored and managed by our own in-house engineers who are on-call for any issues arising 24 hours per day, 365 days per year for the assurance of a reliable and dedicated service.
